If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, first check with neighbors and household members, and look around your property (sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected places).

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we can only accept returns in these cases:
Defective or damaged products: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
Incorrect product: If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days
Significant printing errors: Major defects in the design print quality
We cannot accept returns for products in perfect condition if you simply changed your mind, or for minor color variations due to screen display differences.

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund (typically 3-5 business days).
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange mugs simply because you prefer a different design. Since each mug is custom-printed for your order, we cannot accept exchanges unless there's a defect or error with your product. If you'd like a different design, you'll need to place a new order.
